The power operations group manages Calpine's large fleet of 92 power plants with capacity of approximately 28,000 megawatts. This group is responsible for the operations and asset management of Calpine’s plants, including daily dispatch decisions and systems optimization. Its attention to clean, reliable and low-cost operations enhances Calpine's competitiveness.
