The Jack A. Fusco Energy Center is a highly efficient combined-cycle facility located in Richmond, Texas.  Two combustion turbines are routed to two heat recovery steam generators, which provide steam to one steam turbine.

This merchant power plant is a Bronze-level member in the Clean Texas Program, sponsored by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. Clean Texas provides recognition for companies that serve as leaders among Texas workplaces that seek to achieve significant environmental results, create environmental awareness and protect air, water and land resources in Texas.
