Fixed: This includes minimum monthly fees based on the range of services we provide.

Unit: This fee structure is based on the quantity of power or gas you purchase from us.

Variable Margin: This is based on the difference between the variable revenue and the variable costs during operation of the contract.

Transaction Performance: This is based on transaction pricing compared to ‘next best’ alternative transactions such as forward vs. spot pricing, or index benchmarks.

We have proven methods and systems in place that manage any potential conflict of interest that might arise, and ensure complete transparency of service, with a strong degree of governance. We will consider any arrangement necessary to ensure that you are satisfied with the level of independence provided. We provide a range of options, from aligned incentives to having a designated representative inside our operations center that focuses on your needs.
