High Bridge Wind Farm Final Scoping Statement

On January 24, 2019, High Bridge Wind, LLC, submitted the Preliminary Scoping Statement (PSS) for the High Bridge Wind Farm. The PSS contains “a description of the proposed High Bridge Wind Farm project and the program, methodology and/or scope of studies to be conducted to evaluate the project’s potential for adverse environmental and health impacts, which will become the basis of the Article 10 Application. The PSS will provide the opportunity for the project’s stakeholders to comment on the scope and program of studies to be included in the Article 10 Application. The 21-day public comment period has been extended from February 14, 2019, to February 28, 2019. In turn, the deadline for the Applicant to reply to public comments was extended to March 21, 2019.

As of July 24, 2019, the PSS was updated, and the new version is called the Final Scoping Statement (FSS).
